Duties & Responsibilities

• Classroom instruction including programming planning
• Behaviour management
• Classroom coverage
• Ongoing communication and collaboration with parents and school team
• Policy review and implementation
• Supervision of students

Requirements

• 1+ years experience
• OCT in good standing
• Minimum Special Education Part 1 (or intention to take the AQ)

• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Superior problem solving skills
• Superior teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
• Superior skills in classroom and behaviour management
• Proficient with technology
• English proficiency
