The Governance Services Coordinator supports CREB's Executive Office and Governance Services department, ensuring efficient operations, effective meetings, and adherence to governance best practices. This role provides meeting support, accurate minute-taking, and smooth administrative processes, maintaining clarity and alignment with CREB's governance framework.

Some key responsibilities include:

Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, and taking accurate, real-time minutes. Track and follow up on post-meeting action items to ensure accountability and timely execution. Minute-taking is a critical component of this role, requiring precision, discretion, and attention to detail. Support governance operations by assisting with board and committee member onboarding, maintaining governance calendars, updating rosters, and ensuring secure and timely access to governance documents. Facilitate executive and board communications, including scheduling high-level meetings and events, arranging travel and accommodations, and providing confidential administrative support to board members and senior leadership. Oversee expense reconciliations, process travel claims, support financial tracking, and maintain well-organized digital and physical records for governance functions.

What qualifications and skills do I need to meet your requirements?"



We like your enthusiasm already. Here's a list of the minimum requirements to be competitive:

A diploma in Business Administration 5 - 7 years' experience in Governance Administration Experience working with Boards and/or committees Previous experience working with a not-for profit association would be an asset
