The Role

We're on the hunt for a

Google Marketing Specialist

who knows how to turn clicks into quality leads. If you're confident building and managing campaigns that actually perform -- not just look good on paper -- you'll fit right in.

You'll be running and optimizing

Google Ads

campaigns for lead generation, testing new ideas, tracking conversions, and finding new ways to stretch our ad dollars further.

Meta Ads experience (Facebook/Instagram) is a

big plus

, since we love experimenting across multiple channels.

What You'll Be Doing

Build, manage, and scale

Google Ads

campaigns focused on lead generation. Use

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools

to monitor and optimize performance. Test ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to drive higher conversions. Collaborate with our internal team to improve lead quality and cost per acquisition. Stay ahead of trends and make data-driven decisions that keep us growing.

What We're Looking For

2+ years managing

Google Ads campaigns

with proven ROI results. Strong understanding of

conversion tracking, CPC, and CPA optimization

. Experience in

finance, automotive, or lead generation

campaigns is a major asset. Familiarity with

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

is a plus. Someone who's analytical, creative, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
