Google Ads, Sales & Marketing Coordinator

to support our digital marketing and sales operations.

Job Summary:

As a Google Ads, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns, assisting customers over the phone and in person, sending marketing emails, and supporting the overall sales cycle. This is a

client-facing role

that requires

native or near-native English fluency

, excellent organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize

Google Ads campaigns

to increase traffic and conversions Send

templated marketing emails

to customers offering accessories and additional services to their order.

Process customer orders over the phone

in a professional and friendly manner Provide

in-person customer sales support

(commission eligible) Update and maintain our

order fulfillment systems

Perform

basic profit margin and cost analysis

on sales and marketing initiatives Respond promptly and clearly to

customer inquiries

across email, phone, and in person Complete

freight and shipping documentation

for outbound orders Assist with

Shopify product listings, inventory updates, and reporting

(if applicable)*

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)

Fluent English (written and spoken)

- strong communication skills are essential Experience with

Google Ads

(certifications are required) Excellent phone and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and time management Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
