Location: Okanagan Virtual Golf - Penticton, BC

Pay: $21/hour + tips

Schedule:

Mondays: 4:30 PM - 11:15 PM Saturdays: 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM(This position could turn into a full-time role starting in December if desired, with additional hours available during our busy season.)

Okanagan Virtual Golf is Penticton's premier indoor golf simulator lounge. We provide a fun, fast-paced, and welcoming environment where golfers and groups come to enjoy the game year-round.

Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help create great guest experiences. This role involves running the lounge independently during shifts, ensuring customers are well taken care of, and keeping operations smooth.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist them with simulator setup Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Serve food and beverages (bartending/serving experience is a bonus) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge Handle payments and bookings Uphold a fun, professional, and safe environment

What We're Looking For

Golf knowledge is required - being a golfer yourself is a huge bonus Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently with confidence Bartending/serving experience is a plus (training available) Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
