Back Shop Attendant

Position Summary

As a Back Shop Attendant, you are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless golf experience for members and guests. You play an important role in supporting day-to-day golf operations by caring for equipment, assisting members, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Attend to power carts by cleaning, charging, staging, and ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use. Handle members' clubs and carts with care and efficiency. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized driving range, including collecting and washing range balls. Oversee the bag drop area, providing prompt assistance with clubs and bags. Keep the back shop area clean, organized, and professional at all times. Assist with opening and closing procedures for golf operations. Uphold the highest level of service to enhance the overall member and guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Previous golf course or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
