Job Description

The Golf and Infrastructure Manager at the resort oversees golf operations and the overall maintenance and upkeep of the resort's infrastructure equipment. This includes tasks such as managing the golf staff, maintaining the golf course and facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for golfers, and managing the resort's buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Golf Operations and Facility Equipment Management:

l Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising golf operations personnel (e.g., specialty stores, starters, golf cart attendants, course staff).

l Customer Service: Ensuring a high-quality experience for all golfers, including tee time management, equipment rental, and addressing customer inquiries.

l Course Maintenance: Work closely with golf course supervisors to maintain the course to a high standard, including mowing, irrigation, and landscaping.

l Event Coordination: Planning and executing golf tournaments and events.

l Revenue Management: Manage green fees, merchandise sales, and other revenue streams related to golf operations.

l Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for golf operations.

l Infrastructure Management:

l Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all resort buildings, including guest rooms, restaurants, and common areas.

l Site Maintenance: Manage landscaping, irrigation, and other outdoor maintenance.

Qualification:

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

Hospitality management

2. Work experience

10+ years

of experience : Resort operations with a focus on golf course management

Infrastructure equipment maintenance

(roads, utilities, water, buildings). Experience managing capital projects,

budgets, and vendor contracts

Held leadership positions at luxury resorts, golf clubs, or hotel groups.

3. Technical knowledge

Golf Course Operations
