Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning Manage landscaping projects Prepare conceptual designs Prepare proposals Estimate costs Survey and assess designated sites Prepare contracts and tenders Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions Direct crews who maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease Tree removal
