We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting with the sales of products and services. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and promoting our offerings.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
Manage cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
Engage in technical sales by providing detailed information about products, features, and benefits.
Upsell merchandise to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing pro shop environment.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a pro shop setting with knowledge of Tee On Golf System is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with cash handling and cashiering processes is advantageous.
Familiarity with technical sales practices is a plus, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge with TEE ON Golf System is a plus
