Job Posting: Golf Course Laborer (Part-Time, Seasonal)

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

As a Golf Course Laborer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the course's pristine condition and ensuring a welcoming environment for players. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team setting, and takes pride in physical, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform groundskeeping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, and raking.

- Maintain greens, fairways, bunkers, and landscaped areas.

- Operate equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.

- Set up/break down for tournaments, events, or daily play.

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, holidays).

- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

- Prior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus but not required.

- Must be 18+ or have valid work authorization.

- Valid Driver's License
