Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking landscape Construction Laborer to join our team as we build a golf course. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks alternating on a day to day basis, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up materials and tools. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Operate various types of large equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
