Job Description

Our Canadian client is seeking a skilled technician, based in Calgary, AB. to join their service team as a Mechanic visiting golf courses in Alberta! If you enjoy servicing and repairing equipment, and have experience with smaller motors and engines, don\xe2\x80\x99t wait to apply - this position is hiring right away.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, repairing and adjusting as necessary.
• Deliver comprehensive information and training sessions to operators and technicians at client locations across the province.
• Produce brief and detailed service reports.
• Provide clients with options for solutions, such as the introduction of a preventive maintenance program.
• Provide constructive feedback to the supervisor on potential changes to improve customer service.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5+ years of experience as a mechanic along with a solid foundation in delivering customer service.
• Profound understanding and outstanding command of mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools.
• Ability to work well independently, be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable.
• Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to travel outside of the Calgary area as required.
• Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with a clean Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract.
• Bilingualism (French and English) would be well-regarded but not required.
