Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Kamloops Virtual Golf. As a golf simulator attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with golf operations, and providing food and beverage service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast pace environment and have a passion for customer service and sports.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed to ensure a pleasant experience. Manage the check-in process for golfers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the space. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, tournaments, or special occasions held at Kamloops Virtual Golf. Provide information about how to use the simulators properly. Handle cash transactions and use of a POS machine. Support food service operations by assisting with food orders, serving beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a golf environment and food and beverage is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial. A passion for golf or knowledge of the game can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
