Build and manage pipelines, triggers, workflows, landing pages, forms, calendars, and surveys
Create and maintain
multi-step nurture campaigns
(email, SMS, voice drops) for different lead stages
Set up branded client sub-accounts (if agency-facing) and integrations (Zapier, Mailgun, Twilio)
Configure follow-up automations for lead capture, onboarding, re-engagement, and upsells
Paid Advertising (Facebook + Google)
Create, launch, and manage
Facebook Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns to generate qualified leads
Conduct keyword/audience research and A/B test creatives and targeting strategies
Set up tracking (UTMs, pixels, GCLIDs) and integrate with GoHighLevel for lead attribution
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations based on KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
Creative & Design
Design campaign assets such as landing pages, email templates, funnel graphics, and social creatives
Use tools like
Canva
to create polished visuals that align with each brand
Collaborate on content for lead magnets, headlines, and ad copy
Analytics & Reporting
Build custom dashboards and generate detailed performance reports
Analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness and automation flows
Provide monthly/quarterly marketing insights and conversion recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support internal departments (sales, design, management) or external clients with campaign delivery
Provide documentation and training for GoHighLevel systems and ad reporting
Troubleshoot issues independently and escalate only when necessary.
