Votre role



Nous recherchons un(e)

Ingenieur(e) Methodes passionne(e)

et rigoureux(se) pour contribuer activement a la

fabrication et a l'amelioration continue

de nos produits aeronautiques.
Vous jouerez un role cle dans la

definition, la modelisation et l'optimisation

des procedes de fabrication, tout en apportant un

soutien technique essentiel

a la production et aux sous-traitants.

Vos principales responsabilites



Developper et documenter les

etapes de fabrication, traitements de surface et assemblages

pour la production et le MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul).

Modeliser et simuler

les procedes sur

modele 3D (CATIA)

pour garantir une fabrication optimale. Assurer une

bonne comprehension des instructions de travail

par les equipes de production. Veiller a ce que les

temps de fabrication estimes soient respectes

et proposer des pistes d'amelioration. Fournir un

soutien technique continu

a la production et aux partenaires externes. Participer activement aux

revues techniques et reunions d'equipe

avant la mise en production.

Profil recherche



Diplome

universitaire ou technique en genie mecanique

.

5 ans d'experience pertinente

dans le secteur aeronautique (methodes, procedes, fabrication). Solides competences en

CATIA Design

et

AutoCAD

. Connaissance du systeme

ERP INFOR LN

(atout important). Familiarite avec les

specifications MIL-SPEC

et les normes aeronautiques (atout). Excellente maitrise du

francais et de l'anglais

(ecrit et oral). Esprit methodique, rigoureux, oriente

resolution de problemes

. Capacite a

gerer plusieurs priorites

et a evoluer dans un environnement collaboratif. Bonne maitrise de la

suite Microsoft Office

.

Your Role



We are looking for a

passionate and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer

to actively contribute to the

production and continuous improvement

of our aerospace products.
You will play a key role in the

definition, modeling, and optimization

of manufacturing processes, while providing essential

technical support

to production teams and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities



Develop and document

manufacturing steps, surface treatments, and assembly processes

for production and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul).

Model and simulate

manufacturing processes in

3D (CATIA)

to ensure optimal production efficiency. Ensure

clear understanding of work instructions

by production teams. Monitor and ensure that

estimated production times are met

, and propose improvements when needed. Provide

ongoing technical support

to production and external partners. Participate actively in

technical reviews and team meetings

before production launch.

Profile Sought



University or technical degree in

Mechanical Engineering

.

5 years of relevant experience

in the aerospace industry (methods, processes, manufacturing). Strong proficiency in

CATIA Design

and

AutoCAD

. Knowledge of

INFOR LN ERP system

(strong asset). Familiarity with

MIL-SPEC specifications

and aerospace standards (asset). Excellent command of

French and English

, both spoken and written. Methodical, rigorous, and

problem-solving-oriented

mindset. Ability to

manage multiple priorities

and thrive in a collaborative environment. Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Office Suite

.
