About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Gluer Operator

to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder/gluer machinery to ensure high-quality production output.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor folder/gluer machines according to job specifications. Load materials and complete make-ready tasks (feeder, prefold, glue system, delivery, stacker, pack station). Ensure consistent product quality and adjust settings as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to maintain production efficiency. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Train and support team members when required. Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.

Requirements:

Experience operating folder/gluer machines (Bobst or Brausse preferred), or willingness to be trained. Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must have safety shoes.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good vision and strong attention to detail.
