Glow 2025 - Event Lead

Job Title: Glow Event Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Glow Event Lead to oversee operations during shifts, ensuring a seamless and magical experience for guests. The Lead will manage Event Support staff, monitor guest flow, and act as the key point of contact for the team. This role includes leading setup, operation, and tear-down, while maintaining communication between performers, vendors, entertainers, security, first aid, and the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign tasks or zones to Event Support staff. Oversee daily setup and event operation, including the marketplace. Monitor guest flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Address guest inquiries or issues, resolving problems promptly. Act as the liaison between staff, performers, vendors, marketplace vendors, security, and first aid. Cover staff breaks and ensure adequate staffing throughout the shift. Maintain detailed records of incidents, guest feedback, staff attendance, and shift activities. Provide end-of-shift reports for management.
Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in events or customer service. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday season.
