Key Responsibilities:

• At the direction of theTechnology Software Asset Manager, the technologist supports all aspects of the license management entitlements and details for the software vendor agreements.
• A working knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro tool and SN IT Service Management interface is helpful.
• The analyst will identify key license entitlement information, location, pricing, etc. and build software vendor profiles, product IDs and entries, as well as cleanse data points in the SN CMDB or other systems of record.
• In addition, the analyst will create and test software tracking and reporting processes, provide input for license compliance guidance, participate in the development of software control measures, and manage online service requests.

Qualifications:

• Technology background is preferred with medium level proficiency using Microsoft Office specifically Excel
• ServiceNow experience a plus but not required
• Technology asset management experience, systems administration, and/or technology support skills desired
• Working knowledge of various licensing models, vendor maintenance programs, cloud computing solutions and subscription-based agreements a plus
• Self-starter with above average time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently, and deal with ambiguity
