Global Sales Executive - 1-Year Contract (with potential for permanent role)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid Work Model - FT In-Office during ramp-up period)

Our CPG client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Global Sales Executive to join their Toronto team! As a leading skincare brand, they deliver innovative, effective, and affordable products globally. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and goal-oriented professional passionate about the beauty industry. In this role, you will manage and expand their sales, establish new accounts and markets, nurture existing accounts, and drive the achievement of strategic objectives. You will provide strong leadership, set performance goals, and develop strategic sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead sales activities and business development

-Analyze sales statistics and metrics to identify growth opportunities and provide product support

-Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to boost product sales

-Collaborate with the team to achieve strategic objectives

-Foster relationships with new and existing customers to increase business

-Coordinate sales operations with other company departments/divisions

Qualifications:

-3-5+ years of sales/marketing leadership experience in the skincare/beauty industry

-B2C and mass retail account management experience

-Strong presentation skills and ability to liaise with PR

-Knowledge and understanding of leading beauty retailers (online and in-store) is advantageous

Note: This is a maternity leave replacement role with the potential for a permanent position. The role will initially follow a hybrid work model with full-time in-office work during the ramp-up period.
