Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join the This Company Business School. This is under Finance Talent Development Division, and is primarily responsible for the coordination and training in finance and accounting. The Division includes training personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, support services and human capital management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses. In addition, ABS is responsible for bi-monthly keynote speaker series and other specialized certification programs (CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, IFRS).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and develop curricula for courses in accounting, finance, and other business domains, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from different business segments (e.g., Admin Areas).
  • Collaborate with SMEs from relevant business segments to co-deliver the courses, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and practical insights.
  • Identify and recommend new course offerings, consulting with SMEs from various business segments to align the curriculum with current industry trends and needs.
  • Continuously update course materials to incorporate new knowledge and stay relevant in rapidly evolving business environments.
  • Actively participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks related to curriculum development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputable University.
  • Possess relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA, CA).
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in training and development.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate evidence of leadership in projects.
  • Exhibit the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
