This position is a PART TIME TERM POSTION until the beginning of January 2026.



The Global Merchandising Assistant is responsible for providing support to Product Management and Global Merchandising departments for Silver Jeans Co. (TM).

The Global Merchandising Assistant should be proactive, organized, eager to learn and always considering ways to support the workflow of the Product Management and Global Merchandising teams. The ability to multitask and prioritize these projects will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Coordination of sample organization in conjunction with DC, including but not limited to sample room seasonal shelving organization, boxing of old seasonal samples for history and/or sample sales, seasonal merchandising racks.

Ownership of all sample outgoing and incoming shipments.

Own and maintain in house seasonal sample mannequin photography ensuring all samples are shot and images are sent to editor to be cropped, resized & clipped, save images in image repository folders, B2B Platform & PLM.

Assist with sample shipment and images received from Marketing office, including but not limited to ensuring Marketing office has received all required samples, all version of PDP images are received & labeled correctly and filing images in all applicable systems.

Assist Product Management with line plan set up including but not limited to assigning style numbers, wash codes, lab dip requests, style template updates.

In partnership with Design, Merchandising, Marketing and PD, assisting with calendar sample tracking in PLM

Assist Wash Technician with organization of seasonal sample & wash standards.

The above duties, tasks and responsibilities may differ, and other duties as assigned may be part of this job.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Completed assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage deadlines.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cross-functional teams.

Strong partner to the merchandising team to understand priorities and pivot as needed.

Proficient in Excel.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Can-do attitude and is a team player.

Ability to troubleshoot systems or highlight concerns.

0-2 years Merchandising and/or Product Management related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite - Outlook, Excel, Word.

Knowledge of PLM, ERP and PIM platforms is an asset.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
