About The Opportunity




As the Global Licensing Administrator, your responsibilities will include training internal staff, evaluation and administration of commercial software licenses globally for multiple products and always ensuring adherence to policy. This role will be based out of our Vancouver office with a hybrid working arrangement.



Reporting to the Global Licensing Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Provide telephone, ticketing system, email and face-to-face support for internal and external users Understand the user experience across all products by installing / upgrading all product packages and platforms Host ongoing licensing awareness training to all staff Achieve service level agreement & CSAT KPIs Maintain and administer multiple systems across the Technology, Business Systems and Sales spheres Adhere to Licensing procedures and comply with Micromine Policy Assist several internal departments (i.e. Development, Marketing, Technical Support, Sales, Operations, Strategy Management) to achieve the best possible outcome for our customers


About You



A minimum of 5 years of exposure to commercial or financial compliance roles. Proficient in business level English. Multi-lingual capability in Spanish is desirable, but not essential Experience in managing business systems, CRM and ERP platforms Understanding of the sales cycle and user experience within software Excellent process management and documentation skills Is "tech savvy" and has a general understanding of technology concepts A strong and empathetic customer service focus with a 'can do' attitude High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills Familiarity with Netsuite and/or Zendesk is a bonus
