The Global Head of Data & Analytics will have responsibility for McCain\xe2\x80\x99s data and analytics strategy and roadmap. This role will be focused on continued data platform consolidation in support of delivering descriptive and predictive analytics and insights to the business. The Global Head of Data & Analytics is responsible for creating business and customer insights, driving customer engagement capabilities, and finding novel ways to extract value from our data systems. The Global Head of Data & Analytics will have to be adept at partnering across the organization to establish standards and improve data quality that fuel opportunity, innovation and support the further development of data use across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to define data strategy, and execute a plan to revolutionize the company\'s data approach for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Consolidate and modernize data platforms to make data easily accessible across the organization
  • Help other leaders leverage data and predictive analytics to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Lead the implementation and modernization of data visualization tools and build data and analytics products that empower leaders to make decisions and drive strategic business impact
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards regarding data operation, data accountability; data quality, privacy, and ethics; manage data governance
  • Provide the strategic mindset and capability to collaborate extensively with stakeholders to identify areas for the organization to unlock the power of data and insights.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of efforts and approaches to establish the desired future state in concert with business priorities.
  • Be a leader on emerging digital innovation opportunities and develop the organization-wide digital vision and supporting strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 10+ years of experience leading an integrated technology and data function to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Experience in significant senior leadership role, developing and managing Data and Analytics strategy into a business strategy
  • Demonstrated track record highlighting the ability to think strategically, build a shared vision and articulate it in a way that wins support across the wider team and organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Ability to inspire and engage a diverse workforce to effectively meet current and future organizational requirements.
  • Experience building, empowering, motivating, and inspiring high-performing data and engineering teams and instilling a culture of creativity, accountability, and productivity.
  • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
  • Strong technology leadership across diverse global corporate and executive information technology systems.
