Position Summary
We are looking for a Global Customer Supply Chain Intern to join us for a 4-month period, starting in May 2023.
This position will be based out of our Toronto Office.
Reporting to the Director of Global Customer Supply Chain, the Customer Supply Chain Intern will effectively support the execution of end-to-end Supply Chain functions with a customer centric approach, focusing on creating the Voice of the Customer regionally and globally, mapping customers\xe2\x80\x99 distribution networks and capturing collaboration opportunities. The individual will work closely with the Customer Solutions, Logistics and Demand and Supply planning leads globally as well as the Commercial teams to create digital solutions to enable decision making and enhance visibility of consistent supply chain KPIs globally.
The Team
The intern will be part of a dynamic end to end global supply chain team focused on bringing visibility and a customer centric approach to processes. The Global Supply Chain team is striving for optimizing the global end to end physical and information flows, collaborates with regional teams to design strategies, principles and processes to drive competitive advantage and create strong business partnerships with global and regional customers.
What You Will Be Working On

• 
  Collect and Analyze the Voice of the Customer survey
  • Gather the results from the survey regionally
  • Create global customer matrix based on feedback
• Contribute to Global customer segmentation design and deployment
  • Assess Global Order to Cash and planning processes maturity through mapping exercises
  • Incorporate Voice of the Customer results to suggest segmentation criteria
  • Identify key stakeholders to gain alignment in the segmentation
  • Present tangible and qualitative benefits of the segmentation for the organization
• Design Global Customer Scorecard
  • Drive data transparency through the development of Supply Chain tools and Dashboards
  • Keep KPI reporting up to date to drive to root cause and create action plan based on identified trends

What You Will Learn

• 
  End to end Global supply chain processes from Order to Cash processes to customer demand planning / manufacturing and logistics optimization
• Importance of critical relationship and partnership building with internal (Commercial, Agriculture, Marketing, Finance teams) and external stakeholders (key customers such as McDonald\xe2\x80\x99s, RBI)

What You Need to be Successful

• Currently enrolled in College / University internship program specialized in Supply Chain
• Dot connector
• Detail oriented
• Exhibits sense of urgency
• Creative and flexible: able to evaluate opportunities and respond quickly to changing requirements
• Proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) & relationship management skills
• Ability to identify and resolve complex process/system problems using analytical and statistical models
• Experience with SAP and MS tools (i.e. Power BI, Azure data lake, PowerApps, etc.)
