The Integrated Communications Team connects the voices of EA\'s 300+ million players to our global game and strategy teams, facilitating healthy conversation and working together to develop thriving communities. The Global Community Specialist, EA SPORTS FC will engage with players daily, collecting feedback and insights to provide studio and partner teams with feedback on the game. A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications for this role can be found below. We are open to remote talent within the Vancouver area. Responsibilities Reporting to the Community Manager for EA SPORTS FC, you will use game, brand, and sports expertise to build studio and creator relationships, support deeper engagement, player education and collect and summarize real-time feedback. The Global Associate Community Manager, EA SPORTS FC will also work with internal partners on EA\'s Positive Play Program, ensuring a safe and fun environment for EASFC players in the community.

  • You will be the voice of the community, maintaining a tight two-way dialogue between players, studio and partners
  • You will deliver qualitative and quantitative Community reports on metrics, feedback, trends, game issues, and service risks to improve the overall player experience
  • You will conduct surveys, research, and feedback from the community on issues and trends impacting the player experience
  • You will participate in conversations with players through web, social and stream channels, collecting feedback for development teams
  • You will help draft and publish core community messaging/content through web, social and stream channels
  • You will help create important deliverables from the global community plan
  • You will lead Community projects specific to North America, engaging with new Creators in USA/Canada, and strengthening existing Core Creator relationships
  • You will help develop communications strategies that achieve our goals, to strengthen overall player engagement and sentiment for the franchise across the world
Qualifications
  • Deep passion and understanding for EA SPORTS FC and football
  • 3+ years of experience in community management for a global brand
  • Experience working with social listening tools that monitor community sentiment, using data to inform decisions
  • Ability to objectively interpret players/community feedback and make actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing third-party relationships
  • Impeccable project management skills and high degree of comfort managing projects.
  • Understanding of game development and Live Service operations
  • Experience working with or managing community owned platforms/forums
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
\xc2\xba $54,900 - $84,750 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance."
