As part of the

Global Commercial IO Franchise Team

within the Oncology Business Unit, we have an outstanding opportunity for a talented and passionate

Global Brand Director

to play a leadership role in the commercialization of novel-novel combinations with

IO in Endometrial, Ovarian and Breast Cancers.

What You'll Do:

Represent commercial leadership within Global Product Teams by providing in-depth commercial input and conducting rigorous assessments. Focus on optimizing the regulatory strategy, pricing and access considerations, and competitive positioning to ensure added customer value to the broader IO Franchise. Represent business perspectives to cross functional teams, senior executives and governance committees, ensuring that commercialization priorities and trade-off decisions are appropriately considered. Collaborate across brand teams and functions such as Medical, Analytics & Insights, Market Access, Patient Affairs, Clinical and Regulatory to develop and implement Launch Strategy plans and Brand Strategy Plans with excellence; contribute to the Tumor Strategy Plans for Gyne and Breast Cancers. Generate deep customer and market insights to inform market-shaping programs and commercial plans, addressing positioning, segmentation to develop competitively differentiated strategies. Engage and build relationships with key global, country, and regional partners to align and optimize brand strategies across matrixed brand teams and support launch excellence across markets. Develop future-proofed revenue forecasts and arguments that are informed by robust customer insights with an overlay of commercial judgement. Lead and inspire a matrixed team across multiple geographies, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or life sciences. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development and commercialization. Ability to work in ambiguous environments and influence without authority Established proficiency in guiding complex and uncertain projects with agility, independence, and a strategic attitude. Effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in using insights to drive brand success. Keen understanding of the strategic and operational considerations for in-market success and proven ability to negotiation trade-offs when there are competing priorities Excellent collaboration and partner engagement skills, with the capacity to work across scientific and commercial teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Sales or customer-facing experience. Experience in both market and global commercial organizations. Management experience leading diverse teams. Strong business acumen and ethical standards, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving performance. Alliance experience would be an asset Experience in immune-oncology would be an asset

This position can be based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus (headquarters for the US Oncology and the global Oncology Business Unit), at our Cambridge, UK headquarters or our Mississauga, Canada hub. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $229,303.20 - 343,954.80 USD. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
