About this opportunity
We are seeking a Global Account Manager responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth, leading the value selling team effort, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the customer expert, deeply embedded in their organization, understanding their needs, and contributing to their success with Sandvik\'s support.
As the Global Account Manager, you will assess Sandvik\'s position with the customer, identify opportunities, and develop a winning strategy and action plan for the account teams to proactively offer valuable solutions. You will act as an ambassador of Sandvik, ensuring quality communication, managing and building customer relationships, involving the internal Sandvik network, and fostering mutually beneficial business partnerships.
This position is located in Canada. Frequent interactions will be required across countries and continents where this customer is active, with both local account teams and key customer contacts. While it is a full-time role, Sandvik recognizes the importance of flexible working options.
You will report to the VP Global Accounts, based in France, Europe.
