Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. is a dynamic, well established company offering an exciting range of window and door products. We are part of the Alpa Lumber Group of companies specializing in the manufacture and supply of building materials for over 65 years.

We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team to transport finished doors and windows to locations across the GTA.

Production Team Lead (Glazing) - Monday to Friday; 7:00am - 4:15pm

Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 20-30 production associates to carry out production activities to meet daily production targets

Promote and foster a team environment within a diverse multicultural facility

Enforce and maintain established safety procedures

Ensure product quality standards are upheld

Train, motivate and mentor production associates to meet production targets

Plan daily resources with Production Supervisor

Participate in production meetings when necessary

Update order status on company ERP system

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

3 years of Manufacturing experience (Aluminum Windows)

. 3 years of leadership experience

Planning, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to read and write in English

Basic abilities with hand tools

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Window and door experience preferred

Aluminum window experience an asset
