Job Position

We require Glazier for our service department.

Full-time position

Location: Edmonton

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Determine type of glass, frames and material required Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Measure, mark and cut glass Position and secure panes in frame Assemble and install prefabricated glass products Repair glass doors and other glass structures Experience in installing glass in shapes or standard sizes. Operate a variety of assembly line equipment including powered saws Assembling parts with hand manipulation and dexterity Digital and Manual recording of orders Maintain workmanship, area progress and workflow initiatives Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment. Well organized and attention to detail. Strong communication skills; written and verbal Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently, and able to meet production deadlines

Work experience in the windows and door manufacturing industry would be considered an asset.
