Ultraseal Glass is a leading glass manufacturing company based in Etobicoke, Toronto. We specialize in high-performance insulated glass units (IGUs) and tempered glass, providing top-quality products for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications.

We're looking for a

skilled and reliable Glass Cutter

to join our production team. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC cutting machines and manual cutters to cut and shape glass accurately. Use hand and power tools to cut glass according to specifications. Load, unload, and move glass safely within the facility. Measure, mark, and inspect glass for quality and defects. Fabricate insulated glass units using proper materials and techniques. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing glass for production. Help with building window frames and general warehouse duties as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a glass cutter or in a manufacturing environment is an asset. Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and basic machinery. Willing to learn how to operate CNC glass cutting machines. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large glass sheets safely. Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work. Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
