WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (WINTER FOCUS)

As part of our hand crew snow operations team, you will be responsible for:

Snow shoveling and snow blowing at residential and commercial properties Clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and driveways Working efficiently as part of a crew during snow events Communicating professionally with team members and supervisors

Other operations (spring, summer, and fall):

Cleaning windows, house exteriors, driveways, walkways, decks, patios, and gutters. Installing Christmas lights during the holiday season. Providing excellent customer service and working alongside a great team. If you're looking for work during the winter
Snow shifts are weather-dependent and may include early mornings, evenings, or overnight work. Reliability is essential.

Strong winter performers will be prioritized for spring and summer roles including window cleaning, house washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, and Christmas light installation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No prior snow removal experience is required. Training is provided. You must be:

At least 18 years old Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in winter conditions Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Reliable and punctual during snow events A licensed driver (minimum G2) is a strong asset
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Starting Wage: $21/hr Performance bonuses based on reliability and quality of work Customer tips Lead Technicians earn a percent of revenue produced during non-winter seasons With bonuses and performance pay strong performers can earn $30/hr or more in Lead roles
