Develop Internet-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Develop specialized computer software routines Generate maps and related graphs and charts Plan map content, format and design and compile required data from aerial photographs, survey notes, records, reports and other maps Maintain and manage digital database Maintain equipment and instruments Write specifications and technical reports Participate in field checks and verification Examine and interpret aerial photographs Perform data entry Verify accuracy and completeness of data
