Join our Front Office Team as a Gift Gallery Coordinator where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property also recognized as an AAA 4-Diamond Resort and T&L World\xe2\x80\x99s Best Hotel. As a part-time role, the successful candidate will work 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 shifts a week as the Gift Gallery Coordinator, and may work in combination with another role at the Inn for the remaining 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 shifts a week. Objectives:
Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux and AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards
Email and written correspondence
Gift Gallery inventory & month end reporting
Monthly consignment artists\xe2\x80\x99 invoicing
Create/update sales/promotional materials for artists \xe2\x80\x93 catalogues, artist bios
Manage artists\xe2\x80\x99 contact information
Merchandising/updating displays
Ensuring Gift Gallery storage rooms are organized
Receiving inventory and approving invoices for payment
Curating of new and existing art pieces & jewelry
Familiarization and full optimization of Inventory & Sales Management Software
Requirements:
Exemplary guest service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations
Must be willing to be part of a world-class Front Office team
Previous Front Office, Administration, or Retail experience an asset
A professional and groomed appearance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a stressful environment, and creative problem solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and Lightspeed are assets
A desire to contribute exciting and innovative ideas towards the ongoing improvement of the Front Office Department and the Wickaninnish Inn as a whole
A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview
Ability to maintain all COVID-19 operating regulations/standards
