Dans ce role, vous piloterez des projets techniques complexes necessitant une coordination entre equipes et organisations afin d'etablir la strategie et l'orientation de l'execution au sein des programmes. Vous dirigerez la gestion complete du cycle de vie de plusieurs initiatives transversales, de la planification au lancement.

Dans ce role, vous aurez les responsabilites suivantes :




Diriger des programmes de plus en plus adaptatifs et ambitieux et des projets techniques tres complexes Construire la structure du programme a partir de zero, incluant le dossier de decision, l'alignement des priorites, l'engagement des equipes, l'identification des intervenants et la gestion budgetaire Integrer les echeanciers et jalons entre les projets, en identifiant synergies et dependances Definir la gouvernance de l'equipe, les mecanismes de controle et les processus afin d'ameliorer l'execution et la livraison Identifier et attenuer proactivement les problemes et les risques, en tirant parti de l'experience pour anticiper les repercussions a grande echelle Etablir des relations de confiance avec les intervenants de l'ensemble des equipes et des organisations afin de concevoir des solutions efficaces Collaborer avec l'equipe des affaires pour assurer le lien avec la strategie globale et l'alignement des priorites, et formuler des recommandations

Competences minimales requises :




Formation : baccalaureat ou maitrise en informatique ou discipline equivalente en genie Experience : 7 ans ou plus d'experience pertinente dans l'industrie Competences techniques : une forte acuite technique avec la capacite de comprendre la conception de haut niveau (HLD) et la conception de bas niveau (LLD) Communication : excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite avec la capacite d'influencer les equipes interfonctionnelles Expertise methodologique : comprehension approfondie du cycle de vie du developpement logiciel et des pratiques de genie Agile Engineering Leadership : capacite averee a gerer des equipes et des intervenants diversifies dans des environnements multimarques

Competences souhaitees :



Certifications en gestion de projet (PMP, PRINCE2) Premiere experience pratique en developpement logiciel Experience de travail avec differentes marques ou unites commerciales Connaissance de l'industrie des technologies de voyage et des plateformes du marche Bilinguisme en francais et en anglais, un atout

In this role, you will drive complex technical projects requiring coordination across teams and organizations to establish strategy and direction of execution within programs. Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of multiple cross-functional initiatives from planning to launch.


In this role, you will:




Lead increasingly adaptive, ambiguous programs and highly complex technical projects Build program structure from scratch, including business case, prioritization alignment, team engagement, stakeholder identification, and budget management Integrate timelines and milestones across projects, identifying synergies and dependencies Define team governance, control mechanisms, and processes to improve execution and delivery Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks, leveraging experience to anticipate impacts at scale Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across teams and organizations to develop effective solutions Partner with business to ensure connection to overarching strategy, aligned prioritization and make recommendations

Minimum qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering discipline Experience: 7+ years of relevant industry experience Technical Skills: Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile engineering practices Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in multi-brand environments

Preferred Qualifications:



Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) Initial hands-on software development experience Experience working across different brands or business units Industry knowledge of travel technology and marketplace platforms Bilingual in French and English preferred

The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
