Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Assurer un soutien \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de direction de PAM dans l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablissement des objectifs d\xe2\x80\x99affaires.
  • Mettre en place les meilleures pratiques et assurer la conformit\xc3\xa9 pour les rapports et les informations fournis par les propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s. Voir \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9tablir un niveau \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9 de normes dans tous les projets et la documentation produite.
  • Veiller au d\xc3\xa9ploiement des initiatives pour les propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s.
  • Assurer l\xe2\x80\x99alignement des plans avec la strat\xc3\xa9gie et voir \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99harmonisation et la normalisation pour l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble du portefeuille, y compris pour les initiatives intersectorielles.
  • Effectuer des analyses ad hoc et des analyses de rentabilit\xc3\xa9.
  • Encadrer, assurer la liaison et soutenir le processus d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement en collaboration avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement pour les appels d\xe2\x80\x99offres locales et nationales.
  • Assurer la liaison pour les projets touchant le commerce de d\xc3\xa9tail et assurer une coordination nationale pour les d\xc3\xa9ploiements, pour les groupes suivants mais sans s\xe2\x80\x99y limiter : d\xc3\xa9veloppement durable, la sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, les technologies de propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9, la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, l\xe2\x80\x99innovation et l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue.
  • Si\xc3\xa9ger et assurer la repr\xc3\xa9sentation de la gestion de propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 \xe2\x80\x93 Commerce de d\xc3\xa9tail au sein de diff\xc3\xa9rents comit\xc3\xa9s internes (d\xc3\xa9veloppement durable, la Sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et Environnement, les technologies de propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9, la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, l\xe2\x80\x99innovation et l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue, budget).
  • Assurer le d\xc3\xa9ploiement des plans d\xe2\x80\x99action, des initiatives, d\xe2\x80\x99actions en d\xc3\xa9veloppement durable et collaborer avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de d\xc3\xa9veloppement durable.
  • En collaboration avec le directeur, Sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et Environnement, s\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s sont conformes aux r\xc3\xa9glementations.
  • Agir \xc3\xa0 coordonnateur pour le d\xc3\xa9ploiement des diverses initiatives technologiques immobili\xc3\xa8res telles que les compteurs de personne ; plans des centres et orientation de la client\xc3\xa8le, syst\xc3\xa8mes techniques de b\xc3\xa2timent (Building Engines) ;
  • Assurer la coordination entre les \xc3\xa9quipes de gestion des actifs et de planification financi\xc3\xa8re et analyse pour la production des rapports et autres demandes ad hoc distribu\xc3\xa9s les clients/propri\xc3\xa9taires ;
  • Fournir l\xe2\x80\x99assistance n\xc3\xa9cessaire aux vice-pr\xc3\xa9sidents r\xc3\xa9gionaux lors de disposition et d\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration de nouvelles propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s.
  • Coordonner et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des initiatives d\xe2\x80\x99innovation et en assurer la conformit\xc3\xa9.
  • Agir \xc3\xa0 titre d\xe2\x80\x99interm\xc3\xa9diaire entre l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de planification financi\xc3\xa8re et les VP/propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s, assurer la fluidit\xc3\xa9 des communications et solutionner les probl\xc3\xa9matiques rapidement ;
  • Contribuer au processus budg\xc3\xa9taire et collaborer \xc3\xa0 consolidation de l\xe2\x80\x99information.
  • Assurer une vue d\xe2\x80\x99ensemble sur le budget des d\xc3\xa9penses, analyser les tendances et identifier les \xc3\xa9carts et les \xc3\xa9conomies potentielles. Proc\xc3\xa9der \xc3\xa0 des audits et proposer des recommandations \xc3\xa0 la vice-pr\xc3\xa9sidente ex\xc3\xa9cutive ;
  • R\xc3\xa9viser les documents soumis pour approbation et soumis aux comit\xc3\xa9s de gestion des propri\xc3\xa9taires ;
  • Assurer la revue des imp\xc3\xb4ts fonciers et la coordination avec les propri\xc3\xa9taires.
Qualifications requises
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire requis, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence en administration des affaires ou en gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re, ou tout autre domaine connexe.
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der de dix \xc3\xa0 quinze ann\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire et li\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99industrie.
  • La certification Six Sigma est un atout important. Le titulaire s\xe2\x80\x99engagera \xc3\xa0 obtenir la certification Ceinture verte dans les 12 premiers mois d\xe2\x80\x99emploi.

Main responsibilities

Support PAM leadership setting the business goals.

Enforce best practices and compliance in reporting and information provided by properties. Reach a high level of standards in all projects and documentation.

Manage national property roll outs.

Ensure plans are aligned with the strategy and focus on harmonization and standardization across the portfolio, including cross-functional initiatives.

Prepare ad hoc Analysis and Business cases.

Lead, liaise and support the procurement process working in collaboration with Director of sourcing for RFPs (both local and group RVPs) for regional strategies.

Point of contact for retail projects and national roll out coordination including but not limiting the following groups: ESG, HSSE, Property Technology, Security, Innovation and Continuous improvement.

Represent Retail PAM on various internal committees (ESG, HSSE, Security, Innovation, Continuous improvement, Budget).

Deployment of road maps, initiatives, sustainability actions; working in collaboration with ESG group.
  • Support the Director HSSE to ensure properties are compliant with regulations.
Act as the lead for deployment of the various property technology initiatives such as Traffic counters; way finding; Building engines, etc.

Ensure coordination for Asset Management and FP&A with teams on reporting for clients, Ad hoc requests,

Support the Retail VP\xe2\x80\x99s on asset disposition and on onboarding new properties.

Coordinate and implement Innovation initiatives, ensure compliance.

Acts as a liaison between FP&A and VPs/properties ensuring the flow of communication is occurring in a timely fashion, addressing questions and concerns that come up.

Contribute to the Budget process and help consolidating information.

Ensure overall view on expense budget, analyse trends and identify discrepancies and potential savings. Prepare reviews and recommendations for EVP

Review of documents submitted for approval from the RPM group to owners Management Committees

Property Tax reviews and dispute coordination with owners.

Knowledge and skills required

University degree required, preferably in administration or property management; or any other related field.

Have a minimum of ten to fifth teen years of experience in a similar, industry-related role.

Six Sigma certified is a strong asset. The incumbent will engage to obtain the Green Belt certification within the 1st 12 months.
