Nous recherchons actuellement un candidat int\xc3\xa9ress\xc3\xa9 par le poste de Gestionnaire Principal Digital, Co\xc3\xbbts & Strat\xc3\xa9gie en charge de la gestion des co\xc3\xbbts des programmes, de la transformation digitale des approvisionnements strat\xc3\xa9giques & transitions ainsi que de la strat\xc3\xa9gie (gestion de portefeuille), se rapportant \xc3\xa0 la Gestion des Approvisionnements. Le candidat aura la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de diriger une \xc3\xa9quipe multidisciplinaire g\xc3\xa9rant une transformation d\'entreprise en lien avec la gestion de projet. Le candidat s\xc3\xa9lectionn\xc3\xa9 travaillera dans un environnement dynamique et devra faire preuve d\'adaptabilit\xc3\xa9.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

Diriger une transformation d\'entreprise entra\xc3\xaen\xc3\xa9e par la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de PowerBI et d\'autres outils num\xc3\xa9riques.

D\xc3\xa9ployer un processus de gestion de portefeuille pour am\xc3\xa9liorer l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 entre les strat\xc3\xa9gies (avant-projet) et l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution du projet.

D\xc3\xa9ployer un processus de gestion des ressources (Budget/ Main d\xe2\x80\x99\xc5\x93uvre).

Diriger le gestionnaire des co\xc3\xbbts du programme et les activit\xc3\xa9s de gouvernance.

Diriger les activit\xc3\xa9s de gestion des risques fournisseurs.

Peut n\xc3\xa9cessiter des r\xc3\xa9unions sur un horaire diff\xc3\xa9rent puis sur le quart de jour (ex : soir).

Peut n\xc3\xa9cessiter des d\xc3\xa9placements occasionnels.

Exigences requises

8 \xc3\xa0 10 ans et plus d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en gestion de projets/ exploitation / ing\xc3\xa9nierie/ gestion d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement.

Domaine d\'\xc3\xa9tudes : Administration des affaires, g\xc3\xa9nie industriel, g\xc3\xa9nie de la production, maintenance a\xc3\xa9ronautique, fabrication a\xc3\xa9ronautique, g\xc3\xa9nie a\xc3\xa9rospatial, g\xc3\xa9nie de la conception de la fabrication, g\xc3\xa9nie de la fabrication, m\xc3\xa9canique.

Bilingue (fran\xc3\xa7ais / anglais).

Leadership d\xe2\x80\x99influence d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9 et aptitude pour le travail en \xc3\xa9quipe.

General responsibilities of the position

We are currently looking for a candidate interested in the position of Senior Manager Digital, Cost & Strategy in charge of program cost management, digital transformation of Strategic Sourcing & Transitions as well as strategy (Portfolio management). The candidate will have the responsibility to lead a multidisciplinary team that manages a business transformation in relation to Project Management. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment and will need to demonstrate adaptability.

Main responsibilities

Lead a business transformation driven by the implementation of PowerBI and other digital tools.

Deploy a portfolio management process to improve efficiency between the strategies (pre-project) and project execution.

Deploy a resource management process (Budget/Manpower).

Lead the Program Cost Manager and governance activities.

Lead the Supplier Risk Management activities.

May required meetings on different schedule then day shift (ex: evening).

May requires occasional travel.

Qualifications required:

8 to 10+ years pertinent experience in Project management/ Operations/Engineering/Supply Management.

Field of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautical Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical.

Bilingual (French / English)

Demonstrated leadership skills.

Demonstrated Change Management skills.

Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork - Autonomous, organized & efficient.

Good communication abilities.

Knowledge of SAP and procurement processes will be an asset.
