\xc3\x80 quoi ressemblera votre quotidien

• Responsable financier attitr\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler en partenariat et collaboration avec 2 unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires au sein du groupe des Op\xc3\xa9rations qui ont les mandats respectifs suivants :
• Fabrication globale & Transitions des produits (Global Manufacturing & Transitions)
• Industrialisation / Introduction et int\xc3\xa9gration des strat\xc3\xa9gies dans le cycle manufacturier global des nouveaux produits
• Agir en tant que leader dans la communication des risques et opportunit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la haute direction de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe Finance Operations tout en \xc3\xa9tablissant des partenariats et des relations d\xe2\x80\x99affaires solides avec les unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires afin d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre leurs objectifs financiers et d\xe2\x80\x99affaires.
• Mensuellement, pr\xc3\xa9parer des rapports financiers et accompagner les unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires dans divers besoins d\xe2\x80\x99informations financi\xc3\xa8res
• Coordonner les diff\xc3\xa9rentes activit\xc3\xa9s de fin de mois dont; processus comptables, pr\xc3\xa9visions financi\xc3\xa8res mensuelles et analyse des r\xc3\xa9sultats et des \xc3\xa9carts budg\xc3\xa9taires.
• Veiller avec son unit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99affaires \xc3\xa0 guider, conseiller et valider les nouveaux plans d\xe2\x80\x99affaires ainsi que la validation et v\xc3\xa9rification des demandes d\xe2\x80\x99investissements et en faire le suivi r\xc3\xa9gulier en fonction des diff\xc3\xa9rents besoins (mise \xc3\xa0 jour financi\xc3\xa8res, v\xc3\xa9rification annuelle de contr\xc3\xb4les internes, etc).
• Participe \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration des pr\xc3\xa9visions budg\xc3\xa9taires annuelles, et des pr\xc3\xa9visions quinquennales avec ses unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires;
• En collaboration avec ses partenaires d\xe2\x80\x99affaires, participe aux projets d\xe2\x80\x99optimisation des \xc3\xa9quipes avec qui ils collaborent en sein des Op\xc3\xa9rations.
• Effectuer diverses analyses financi\xc3\xa8res pour soutenir les objectifs et les d\xc3\xa9cisions de ses unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires.

Our finance team is made up of dynamic and professional employees who work closely with several members of the P&WC Finance team and we are active and committed partners with the business units with whom we collaborate within the group. operations. What your day to day will look like

• Financial manager assigned to work in partnership and collaboration with 2 business units within the Operations group which have the following respective mandates:
• Global Manufacturing & Transitions of products
• Industrialization / Introduction and integration of strategies into the global manufacturing cycle of new products
• Act as a leader in communicating risks and opportunities to senior management of the Finance Operations team while building strong partnerships and business relationships with business units to achieve their financial goals and \'business.
• Monthly, prepare financial reports and support business units in various financial information needs
• Coordinate the various month-end activities including; accounting processes, monthly financial forecasts and analysis of results and budget variances.
• Ensure with its business unit to guide, advise and validate new business cases as well as the validation and verification of investment requests and regularly monitor them according to the different needs (financial updtaes, annual internal control audits, etc.).
• Participe in the elaboration of the annual budget projection and the annual establishement of the 5 year plan with its business units;
• In collaboration with its business partners, participates in the optimization projects of the teams with which they collaborate within Operations.
• Perform various financial analyzes to support the objectives and decisions of its business units.

The tools you need to be successful:

• Baccalaureat Accounting / Commerce with 5-7 years of experience
• Influential leadership to introduce new process with the business
• Good communication skills in English and French
• CPA designation is a must
• Very autonomous
