Aper\xc3\xa7u du poste : Le titulaire de ce poste est charg\xc3\xa9 de maintenir des relations positives avec les r\xc3\xa9sidents de Le Livmore Ville Marie pendant la deuxi\xc3\xa8me phase de la construction. Il sera le principal canal de communication avec les r\xc3\xa9sidents et participera activement aux r\xc3\xa9unions et aux discussions avec ses coll\xc3\xa8gues et l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de construction.

Exigences particuli\xc3\xa8res : Disponibilit\xc3\xa9 pour travailler selon un horaire flexible \xc3\xa0 l\'occasion, au besoin. Les quarts de travail pr\xc3\xa9vus sont du lundi au vendredi de 10 h \xc3\xa0 19 h.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s et service client\xc3\xa8le

  • Cette personne personnalisera l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience de la construction pour les r\xc3\xa9sidents et fournira des communications opportunes et proactives sur chaque phase du projet.
  • Aider les r\xc3\xa9sidents en faisant preuve d\'empathie et en adoptant un comportement amical et calme.
  • R\xc3\xa9diger des avis et d\'autres communications pour le b\xc3\xa2timent \xc3\xa0 envoyer par courrier \xc3\xa9lectronique et \xc3\xa0 afficher dans le b\xc3\xa2timent
  • Maintenir un tableau de communication ou des rendus dans le hall d\'entr\xc3\xa9e au fur et \xc3\xa0 mesure de l\'avancement de la construction.
  • Initier, planifier, commercialiser et g\xc3\xa9rer de mani\xc3\xa8re cr\xc3\xa9ative les \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements de fid\xc3\xa9lisation des r\xc3\xa9sidents afin de r\xc3\xa9duire le taux d\'inoccupation et de maintenir le chiffre d\'affaires de l\'ancienne tour.
  • Organiser des r\xc3\xa9unions en personne avec les r\xc3\xa9sidents et pr\xc3\xa9senter les calendriers de construction, les plans et les changements tout en r\xc3\xa9pondant aux questions des r\xc3\xa9sidents.
  • Participer aux r\xc3\xa9unions de construction, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant, afin de communiquer des informations pertinentes aux r\xc3\xa9sidents et au personnel du b\xc3\xa2timent.
  • Traiter toutes les plaintes, y compris celles des voisins ext\xc3\xa9rieurs.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer une bo\xc3\xaete de r\xc3\xa9ception d\xc3\xa9di\xc3\xa9e comme point de communication pour les r\xc3\xa9sidents.
  • Accueillir activement les r\xc3\xa9sidents dans le hall d\'entr\xc3\xa9e.
  • Autres t\xc3\xa2ches si n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
Administration et rapports
  • Communiquer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de construction et l\'ensemble de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe interne pour rendre compte de l\'ensemble des r\xc3\xa9actions et des pr\xc3\xa9occupations des r\xc3\xa9sidents.
  • Participer activement aux r\xc3\xa9unions en posant des questions et en faisant preuve de cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 pour att\xc3\xa9nuer l\'impact de la construction sur les r\xc3\xa9sidents.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Resident Services Manager to support our flagship development project, Le Livmore Ville Marie, in the heart of Montreal. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and authentic individual with a passion for people and communications.

Position Overview: This role is responsible for maintaining positive resident relations of Le Livmore Ville Marie during the second phase of construction. This role will be the main channel of communications for residents and will actively participate in meetings and discussions with colleagues and the construction team.

Reports to: Director of Operations, East
Employment Status: Contract (40 hours per week)
Primary Location: Le Livmore Ville Marie, Montreal
Special Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours on occasion as required. Shift times anticipated are Monday to Friday from 10am-7pm

Responsibilities & Customer Service
  • This individual will personalize the construction experience for residents and provide timely and proactive communications about every phase of the project.
  • Support residents with a friendly and calm demeanor showing empathy
  • Draft notices and other communications for the building to be sent via email and posted in building
  • Maintain a communication board or renderings in lobby as construction progresses.
  • Creatively initiate, plan, market, and manage resident retention events to reduce vacancy and maintain revenue at the legacy tower.
  • Organize in person meetings with residents and present construction timelines, plans and changes while responding to resident questions.
  • Be involved in construction meetings as required in order to communicate pertinent information to residents and building staff.
  • Handle all complaints, including those from exterior neighbors.
  • Manage a dedicated inbox as a point of communication for residents.
  • Actively greet residents in the lobby.
  • Other tasks as required.
Administration and Reporting
  • Communicate regularly with construction crews and the larger internal team reporting on overall resident feedback and concerns.
  • Actively engage in meetings by asking questions and thinking creatively to mitigate construction impacts to residents
Requirements
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required.
  • Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests while being culturally aware.
