Pour nos bureaux de Montr\xc3\xa9al, nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un Gestionnaire des requis pour se joindre \xc3\xa0 notre \xc3\xa9quipe. Dans votre r\xc3\xb4le, vous soutiendrez le cycle de vie du d\xc3\xa9veloppement de logiciels. Vous serez responsable de l\'enregistrement et de la clarification des exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, ainsi que du suivi des caract\xc3\xa9ristiques li\xc3\xa9es au projet.

Vous analyserez \xc3\xa9galement les d\xc3\xa9fauts signal\xc3\xa9s, les assignerez aux \xc3\xa9quipes responsables, suivrez et contr\xc3\xb4lerez les progr\xc3\xa8s des corrections et \xc3\xa9valuerez les solutions techniques et les propositions d\'interface. L\'accent sera mis sur la coordination de toutes les activit\xc3\xa9s, des fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s et des erreurs ou am\xc3\xa9lioration \xc3\xa0 apporter.

Fournir au client des \xc3\xa9claircissements sur les exigences et le champ d\'application du produit de Cerence.

Suivre, de bout en bout, l\'\xc3\xa9volution des exigences et des d\xc3\xa9fauts du logiciel, de la d\xc3\xa9finition \xc3\xa0 la v\xc3\xa9rification.

Adapter les descriptions de processus g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9riques pour la gestion des exigences et des d\xc3\xa9fauts aux besoins du projet.

Assigner les exigences et les d\xc3\xa9fauts aux d\xc3\xa9partements responsables sur la base de l\'architecture logicielle.

Surveiller et signaler l\'\xc3\xa9volution des exigences et des erreurs logicielles dans le processus de mise en \xc5\x93uvre.

Assurer la tra\xc3\xa7abilit\xc3\xa9 des exigences et des erreurs et soutenir la d\xc3\xa9finition du processus du cycle de vie.

\xc3\x8atre toujours au courant des d\xc3\xa9veloppements technologiques et se mettre au d\xc3\xa9fi de fournir les meilleures solutions \xc3\xa0 nos clients.

Pr\xc3\xa9-analyse et suivi des d\xc3\xa9fauts logiciels signal\xc3\xa9s.

Vous avez les qualifications suivantes :

Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en informatique, ou dans un domaine connexe.

Un minimum de 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le cycle de d\xc3\xa9veloppement de logiciels, en particulier dans la gestion des exigences et des d\xc3\xa9fauts (par exemple, la norme IREB, la norme GfSE).

Ma\xc3\xaetrise d\'un outil de gestion des exigences et des d\xc3\xa9fauts (par exemple Jira DOORS).

Comp\xc3\xa9tences avanc\xc3\xa9es en mati\xc3\xa8re de pr\xc3\xa9sentation (client, interne).

Excellentes aptitudes en communication, orale et \xc3\xa9crite, en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences souhait\xc3\xa9es :

Connaissance des m\xc3\xa9thodes courantes de gestion de projet.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience de la gestion des parties prenantes et des fournisseurs.

Connaissance de la gestion de la documentation.

Summary/ Opportunity:

For our Montreal offices, we are looking for a passionate DevOps Developer to bring new products to life as we continue to innovate in the hot automotive market. You will join a team of world-class experts and influence the experience of drivers and passengers, making it more enjoyable, productive, and safer.

For our Montreal offices, we are looking for a strong and motivated Requirement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the development life cycle for software. You will be responsible for recording and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders as well as tracking project-related features.

You will also analyze reported defects, assign them to responsible teams, follow up and monitor the correction progress and actively evaluate technical solutions and interface proposals. The focus will be to coordinate all activities, features, and bug fixes on the project according to the customer requirements and the project needs.

Provide clarification of Cerence\xe2\x80\x99s product requirement/scope to the customer.

Track the end-to-end progress of the software requirements and defects from the definition to the verification.

Tailor the generic process descriptions for requirements and defect management to the project\xe2\x80\x99s needs.

Assign requirements and defects to responsible departments based on software architecture.

Monitor and report the progress of software requirements and errors in the implementation process.

Ensure the traceability of requirements and errors and support the life cycle process definition.

Be always up to date on technology development and challenge yourself to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers.

Pre-analysis and tracking of reported software defects.

Who you are:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years experience with software development life cycle, especially in requirements and defect management (e.g. IREB standard, GfSE standard).

Excellence in a common requirement and bug-fixing management tools (e.g. Jira DOORS)

Advanced presentation skills (customer, internal).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of common project management methods.

Experience in stakeholder and supplier management.

Knowledge of documentation management.

Experience in agile methods of project execution.

Experience with Automotive quality management standards, e.g. Automotive SPICE, CMMI.

Experience with speech recognition or related technologies is an advantage.

Advanced knowledge of Excel macros, Pivot tables, and Python scripting.
