Job Description

Sous la supervision de la Directrice des Ressources humaines, la secretaire assure un soutien administratif et organisationnel, contribue a la fluidite des communications internes et externes, et participe aux activites de marketing et de visibilite de l'entreprise.

Responsabilites



Vous serez responsable de filmer, editer et publier du contenu sur Instagram (Reels, Stories, carrousels), tout en gerant egalement TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, le site web et LinkedIn.

Vous maintiendrez en continue un calendrier de contenu et de marketing de trois mois afin de garantir que les campagnes soient planifiees et alignees.

Vous serez appele a presenter de nouvelles idees, campagnes et strategies de generation de leads et a gerer le calendrier global des reseaux sociaux.

Vous serez egalement responsable des rapports d'avancement et des analyses, en veillant a ce que la performance.

Immortaliser les activites quotidiennes des membres du personnel, des moments lifestyle et des evenements.

Rediger des legendes, tags et hashtags impeccables et alignes sur une image de marque de luxe.

Creer des visuels sur Canva pour les publications, stories etc.

Proposer des campagnes creatives et des strategies pour stimuler la generation de leads et l'engagement. Coordonner les medias sociaux pour les evenements. Surveiller la performance sur Instagram et les autres plateformes. Ajuster les strategies en fonction des donnees et des metriques d'engagement.

Exigences



Formation :

Baccalaureat en communication ou en Administration des affaires, profil marketing.

Experience :

1 a 3 ans d'experience dans un role similaire.

Competences techniques :



Competences solides en videographie et montage. Excellente maitrise des pratiques Instagram (Reels, Stories, carrousels, hashtags et tendances). Experience avec TikTok, Shorts YouTube et publication multiplateforme. Maitrise de Canva pour des creations rapides et efficaces. Experience dans des rapports marketing et de livrables de campagnes. Experience en gestion de calendrier de contenu (Google Calendar, Monday.com ou equivalents). Capacite a analyser les donnees et a fournir des recommandations concretes. Excellente attention aux details, creativite et organisation. Bilinguisme (ecrit et oral-francais/anglais) fortement recommande.

Qualites personnelles :



Excellentes habiletes organisationnelles et de gestion des priorites. Tres bonnes competences en communication ecrite et verbale. Connaissance des outils bureautiques (Suite Office) et des plateformes numeriques (reseaux sociaux, outils collaboratifs). Creativite et souci du detail. Bonne gestion de temps. Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the secretary provides administrative and organizational support, contributes to the smooth flow of internal and external communications, and participates in the company's marketing and visibility activities.

Responsibilities


You will be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing content on Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousels), while also managing TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, the website, and LinkedIn.
You will continuously maintain a three-month content and marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are planned and aligned.
You will be expected to present new ideas, campaigns, and lead generation strategies, as well as manage the overall social media calendar.
You will also be responsible for progress reports and analytics, ensuring performance tracking.
Capture daily staff activities, lifestyle moments, and events.
Write flawless captions, tags, and hashtags aligned with a luxury brand image.
Create visuals on Canva for posts, stories, etc.
Propose creative campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation and engagement.
Coordinate social media efforts for events.
Monitor performance across Instagram and other platforms.
Adjust strategies based on data and engagement metrics.

Requirements


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business Administration, marketing concentration.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical skills:


Strong videography and editing skills.
Excellent command of Instagram practices (Reels, Stories, carousels, hashtags, and trends).
Experience with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and cross-platform posting.
Proficiency in Canva for quick and effective designs.
Experience in marketing reports and campaign deliverables.
Experience managing a content calendar (Google Calendar, Monday.com, or equivalents).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organization.
Bilingualism (written and spoken French/English) strongly recommended.
