The Territory Manager will be responsible for providing service and developing sales in Quebec City and surrounding areas. This person will also be responsible for acquiring new clients in accordance with the regional strategy and sector growth plans, as well as ensuring preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support as needed in the territory. The Territory Manager will also need to develop relationships with distributors for assigned accounts in the dishwashing and laundry sectors.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales with existing clientele and acquire new accounts according to regional strategy
Ensure preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support in the territory
Develop sales representatives of assigned distributors (washing/laundry sector)
Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and execute the support plan for global and national accounts
Ensure the territory's financial performance and train key customer teams
Launch new products and promotions with assigned accounts
Required QualificationsResidence in Quebec City or surrounding areas
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer tools (email, Microsoft Office)
Valid driver's license
Ability to move objects up to 16 kg and work in confined spaces
Experience in technical equipment maintenance
Professionalism, business acumen, and autonomy
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Ability to plan, measure, and manage work independently

Qualifications requisesResidence dans la ville de Quebec ou les environs
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent
Maitrise des outils informatiques (courriel, Microsoft Office)
Permis de conduire valide
Capacite a deplacer des objets jusqu'a 16 kg et a travailler dans des espaces restreints
Experience en maintenance d'equipements techniques
