Rattach\xc3\xa9(e) au chef d\'\xc3\xa9quipe PVD/ESKD, le gestionnaire de territoire est responsable de la prospection et de l\'\xc3\xa9tablissement de relations qui augmenteront la croissance des revenus des comptes et la satisfaction des clients au sein de gammes de produits et de zones g\xc3\xa9ographiques sp\xc3\xa9cifi\xc3\xa9es. Les domaines d\'intervention comprendront la conduite de nouvelles affaires avec la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 d\'atteindre les attentes en mati\xc3\xa8re de ventes sur le territoire de Quebec City tout en fournissant un service et un soutien exceptionnels aux m\xc3\xa9decins pour r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins de leurs patients.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

D\xc3\xa9velopper et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des strat\xc3\xa9gies de vente pour promouvoir efficacement les produits BD aupr\xc3\xa8s du personnel hospitalier et des m\xc3\xa9decins appropri\xc3\xa9s.

Rencontrer divers m\xc3\xa9decins et autres membres du personnel hospitalier pour d\xc3\xa9terminer les besoins des clients, les objectifs, l\'utilisation des produits et les types de cas trait\xc3\xa9s.

Accompagner les clients sur les produits et leur utilisation clinique appropri\xc3\xa9e en organisant des pr\xc3\xa9sentations et des d\xc3\xa9monstrations.

Assister r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement aux proc\xc3\xa9dures/cas dans les salles d\'intervention de l\'h\xc3\xb4pital, donner des conseils sur l\'utilisation des produits et avoir un aper\xc3\xa7u des besoins sp\xc3\xa9cifiques des m\xc3\xa9decins et du personnel.

G\xc3\xa9rer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement l\'inventaire des consignations.

Responsable de l\'atteinte des objectifs de ventes/revenus pour le territoire afin d\'atteindre le quota.

Collaborer avec le marketing et les affaires m\xc3\xa9dicales et d\'autres unit\xc3\xa9s commerciales pour identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s de vente et les pr\xc3\xa9senter aux clients potentiels.

Mener des appels de vente consultatifs avec des chirurgiens vasculaires, des radiologues interventionnels, des n\xc3\xa9phrologues et des radiologues.

\xc3\x89tablir et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients.

D\xc3\xa9montrer une connaissance approfondie des produits et une capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 parler cliniquement \xc3\xa0 des m\xc3\xa9decins de haut niveau.

Profil recherch\xc3\xa9

Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.

Bilingue en fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais.

Au moins cinq ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience r\xc3\xa9ussie dans la vente de dispositifs m\xc3\xa9dicaux ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience r\xc3\xa9ussie en vente dans le domaine de la technologie des cath\xc3\xa9ters avec maladies vasculaires occlusives, endovasculaire, ath\xc3\xa9rectomie, stent et DCB, un atout.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 atteindre et d\xc3\xa9passer le plan de vente assign\xc3\xa9 sur une base trimestrielle et annuelle.

Capable de g\xc3\xa9rer de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante le temps, les ressources et le budget au sein du territoire assign\xc3\xa9 en conjonction avec des plans \xc3\xa0 court terme pour garantir que les objectifs du territoire sont atteints.

\xc3\x89tablit et entretient des relations avec les clients, les h\xc3\xb4pitaux et les m\xc3\xa9decins.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler dans un environnement en \xc3\xa9volution rapide tout en g\xc3\xa9rant plusieurs priorit\xc3\xa9s.

Doit poss\xc3\xa9der et maintenir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite impeccable depuis au moins 3 ans ; ainsi que r\xc3\xa9pondre aux normes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 automobile de BD.Travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe et/ou de mani\xc3\xa8re ind\xc3\xa9pendante tout en faisant preuve de flexibilit\xc3\xa9 face \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9volution des exigences.

Reporting to the PVD/ESKD Team Lead, Territory Managers are responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction within specified product lines and geography. Focus areas will include driving new business with responsibility for achieving sales expectations in the Quebec City territory while providing exceptional service and support to physicians to meet their patient\'s needs. The Territory Manager is responsible for case coverage in cath labs & IR suites while working with physicians and key decision makers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote BD products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.

Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers\' needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled.

Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.

Routinely attend procedures/cases in hospital procedure rooms and advise on product usage and gain insight into specific needs of physicians\' and staff.

Regularly manage consignment inventory.

Responsible for attainment of sales/revenue objectives for the territory in order to attain quota.

Partner with Marketing & Medical Affairs, and other business units to identify selling opportunities and present to potential clients.

Conduct consultative sales calls with Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Nephrologists, and Radiologists.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and ability to speak clinically to physicians at a high level.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience.

Bilingual in French and English.

Minimum five years\' proven successful track record in medical device sales or equivalent experience.

Successful Sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, and DCB an asset.

Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.

Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within the assigned territory in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure the territory\'s objectives are achieved.

Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver\'s license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years; as well as meet BD\'s auto safety standards

Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements
