Supervision du portefeuille de programmes



Gerer le backlog des services de deploiement et de support pour une equipe interfonctionnelle au sein d'un portefeuille client specifique.

Appliquer et superviser les pratiques Agiles et les initiatives d'amelioration continue pour generer de la valeur et ameliorer la performance de l'equipe.

Organiser regulierement des retrospectives dans le cadre du processus Scrum.

Etre un champion de nos systemes de gestion du travail, promouvoir les meilleures pratiques, encourager l'adoption et veiller a une utilisation efficace des outils au sein de l'equipe.

Utiliser les outils de prevision et de gestion des ressources pour anticiper la demande, identifier les contraintes de capacite et ajuster les plans de maniere proactive. Fournir des analyses fondees sur les donnees en suivant la velocite de l'equipe, la sante des projets, les indicateurs de risque et les echeances de livraison.

Allouer efficacement les ressources entre la base installee, les nouveaux projets et les activites de support, en s'appuyant sur les donnees et les tendances historiques.

Surveiller en continu les risques tout au long du cycle de vie des projets, en collaborant etroitement avec les chefs de projet pour assurer la mise en place rapide de strategies d'attenuation.

Definir les priorites et veiller au respect des projets (y compris les ajouts clients) et des objectifs financiers.

Participer aux reunions de lancement, aux reunions des operations clients et aux reunions de direction de projets liees a votre portefeuille, en apportant des contributions eclairees et une orientation strategique.

Agir comme membre du comite de pilotage pour les nouveaux projets de votre portefeuille.

Identifier et diriger les ameliorations de processus qui soutiennent les objectifs du departement, l'efficacite operationnelle et l'alignement interfonctionnel.

Participer a la rotation des astreintes de gestion.



Gestion hierarchique



Tenir des entretiens individuels reguliers avec chaque collaborateur direct pour soutenir leur bien-etre, verifier leur ressenti et identifier tot les axes de developpement.

Assumer l'entiere responsabilite du cycle de gestion de la performance -- de la fixation d'objectifs clairs et du coaching continu a la conduite des evaluations intermediaires et formelles.

Suivre les progres individuels et attribuer des formations ou plans de developpement pertinents en utilisant nos ressources et systemes internes d'apprentissage ; assurer le suivi pour garantir une croissance reelle.

Surveiller la visibilite de la charge de travail, la planification des conges et le suivi du temps pour assurer l'equilibre et la responsabilite de l'equipe.

Diriger ou soutenir le recrutement et l'integration de nouveaux membres de l'equipe, en veillant a leur succes et a leur integration dans la culture d'equipe des le premier jour.

Communiquer regulierement avec la direction sur la performance de l'equipe, les defis, les besoins en formation et les ecarts de ressources, en defendant ce dont votre equipe a besoin pour reussir.

Favoriser un environnement d'equipe sain et collaboratif grace a des retours proactifs, de la reconnaissance et une attention portee au moral de l'equipe.

Program Portfolio Oversight



Manage the backlog for deployment and support services for a cross functional team within a specific Customer Portfolio.

Apply and oversee Agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives for driving value generation and team performance.

Hold regular retrospectives as part of the scrum process.

Act as a champion for our work management systems, promoting best practices, driving adoption, and ensuring tools are used effectively across the team.

Leverage forecasting and resourcing tools to anticipate demand, identify capacity constraints, and proactively adjust plans. Deliver data-driven insights through tracking of team velocity, project health, risk indicators, and delivery timelines.

Allocate resources effectively across install base customers, new projects, and support activities, using data and historical trends to guide decisions.

Continuously monitor risks across the project lifecycle, working closely with project managers to ensure timely mitigation strategies are in place.

Set priorities and ensure projects (inc. Customer add-ons) are met and monitor financial targets.

Attend kick-off meetings, Customer Operations meetings, and project leadership meetings relevant to your portfolio, contributing informed input and strategic direction.

Act as the steering committee member for new projects in your portfolio

Identify and lead process improvements that support department goals, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

Take part in the manager on-call rotation.



Line Management:



Hold regular one-on-one meetings with each direct report to support well-being, check in on "gut feels," and identify development areas early.

Take full ownership of the performance management cycle -- from setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching to leading mid-cycle and formal evaluations.

Monitor individual progress and assign relevant training or development plans using our internal learning resources and systems; follow up to ensure growth is tracked and supported.

Stay on top of workload visibility, time off planning, and time reporting to ensure team balance and accountability.

Lead or support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are set up for success and connected to the team culture from day one.

Communicate regularly with leadership on team performance, challenges, training needs, and resourcing gaps, advocating for what your team needs to thrive.

Foster a healthy, collaborative team environment through proactive feedback, recognition, and attention to team morale.

Profil recherche



Baccalaureat en administration ou experience equivalente dans un secteur connexe

Maitrise de l'anglais (le francais est un atout)

Une experience dans l'industrie des technologies de la sante est indispensable

Minimum 5 ans d'experience en tant que gestionnaire de programme ou de portefeuille

Minimum 3 ans d'experience en tant que gestionnaire d'equipe

Experience reussie dans la gestion de projets d'entreprise de grande envergure et multi-sites

Connaissance pratique en infrastructure/IT



Atouts supplementaires



Maitrise d'autres langues, notamment le francais

Certification PMP

Connaissance du Scrum applique au deploiement

Connaissance pratique des PACS/Radiologie/DICOM et HL-7

Remuneration



La fourchette salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 115 000 $ et 137 900 $. L'offre finale dependra de plusieurs facteurs cles, notamment le niveau d'experience du candidat, son ensemble de competences, et son adequation globale avec les exigences du poste. D'autres elements peuvent etre pris en compte, tels que l'education, les certifications et toute autre qualification pertinente. So, are you a fit?



Bachelor's degree in business or related industry experience

Fluency in English (Fluency in French is an asset)

Healthcare Technology Industry experience in a necessity

At least 5 years of work experience as a program or portfolio manager

At least 3 years of work experience as a People leader

Successful management of large, multi-facility, enterprise projects

Working knowledge of Infrastructure/IT



Also nice to have:



Speak more languages than those required above, particularly French

Have a PMP certification

Know Scrum for Deployment

Have a working knowledge of PACS/Radiology/DICOM and HL-7

Have experience with other cultures

Are innovative, drive change and look for improvements

Our salary range for this role falls between $115,000 and $137,900. The final salary offer will depend on several key factors, including the candidate's level of experience, their specific skill set, and the overall alignment with the job requirements. Other considerations may include the candidate's education, certifications, and any additional relevant qualifications. We aim to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value each individual brings to our team.
