Gestionnaire de Magasin

Responsabilites principales :



Superviser les ventes totales du magasin, y compris les resultats des categories cles. Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel qui depasse les attentes. Communiquer efficacement les normes et attentes de l'entreprise a l'equipe de gestion et aux associes de vente, et les motiver a depasser les attentes. Recruter, gerer, former et fideliser le personnel de vente et les futurs candidats a des postes de gestion. Effectuer les evaluations de performance et gerer le developpement des associes de vente par une formation continue. Assurer la mise en oeuvre des normes de marchandisage et visuelles du magasin. Gerer toutes les operations du magasin pour garantir le respect des normes de l'entreprise, en formant l'equipe pour maintenir la coherence.

Le Gestionnaire de Magasin Ideal :



2+ ans d'experience en gestion de magasin de detail et service a la clientele exceptionnel. Forte integrite professionnelle et niveau d'energie eleve. Capacite a etablir et entretenir des relations a long terme avec les clients et le personnel. Solides competences organisationnelles avec une attention particuliere aux details. Individu autonome, motive, avec une image personnelle de succes.

Store Manager

position and seeking a dynamic, customer-focused leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail store management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strong sales abilities, and a commitment to delivering superior, personalized customer service. This individual will know how to grow and develop a business by increasing sales, exceeding budgets, and building a loyal customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:



Oversee total store sales, including key category results. Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations. Effectively communicate company standards and expectations to the management team and sales associates, motivating them to go above and beyond. Recruit, manage, train, and retain sales staff and future management candidates. Conduct performance reviews and manage the development of sales associates through ongoing training. Ensure the implementation of store merchandising and visual standards. Manage all store operations to ensure compliance with company standards, providing training to the team to maintain consistency.

The Ideal Store Manager:



2+ years of experience in retail store management and exceptional customer service. Strong professional integrity and a high energy level. Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with both customers and staff. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. A self-driven, motivated individual with a strong personal image of success.
