Nous recherchons un

Gestionnaire de Comptes Distributeurs

pour superviser et developper notre reseau mondial de revendeurs et de partenaires. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir que nos produits sont representes efficacement, vendus de maniere competitive et soutenus par un service de la plus haute qualite.

Responsabilites principales



Etablir et entretenir des relations solides avec les revendeurs et, le cas echeant, les partenaires, en servant de point de contact principal. Identifier, evaluer et integrer de nouveaux revendeurs, en les aidant a selectionner les bons produits, a mettre en place leur presence en ligne et a former leurs equipes de ventes. Developper et gerer des structures de remises et des strategies de tarification en collaboration avec les equipes de vente et de finance afin de garantir la competitivite et la rentabilite. Fournir aux revendeurs des informations precises sur les produits, des catalogues signes et des ressources alignees sur la marque afin de soutenir leurs activites de vente et de marketing. Collaborer avec les revendeurs et leurs equipes commerciales dans le cadre de campagnes marketing conjointes, de promotions et d'initiatives en ligne afin de maximiser la visibilite et les ventes. Surveiller les performances des revendeurs, suivre les tendances des ventes et identifier les domaines a ameliorer tout en relevant de maniere proactive les defis. Coordonner avec les equipes internes, notamment le marketing, les ventes, le developpement de produits et les operations, afin de garantir que les commentaires des revendeurs et les besoins du marche sont pris en compte. Veiller au respect des accords avec les revendeurs, des politiques de tarification et des autres obligations contractuelles. Contribuer aux previsions et a la planification des ventes, en alignant la demande des revendeurs sur la production et la disponibilite des stocks. Representer GA International lors de salons professionnels, d'evenements sectoriels et de reunions de revendeurs, si necessaire.

Qualifications



Baccalaureat en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente). 3 a 5 ans d'experience reconnue dans la gestion de comptes, la vente par canaux de distribution ou la gestion de distributeurs. Une connaissance du laboratoire, des sciences de la vie, des dispositifs medicaux ou des industries reglementees connexes est fortement preferable. Solides competences en communication, en negociation et en etablissement de relations. Capacite a analyser les donnees de vente et a fournir des informations exploitables. Habilete a collaborer facilement entre les departements et a gerer plusieurs comptes simultanement. Volonte a voyager occasionnellement pour des reunions, des formations ou des salons professionnels.

We are seeking a

Distributor Account Manager

to oversee and grow our global network of resellers and partners. This role is central to ensuring our products are represented effectively, sold competitively, and supported with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and, when applicable, partners, serving as their primary point of contact. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new resellers, assisting them in selecting the right products, setting up their online presence, and training their sales teams. Develop and manage discount structures and pricing strategies in collaboration with sales and finance teams to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Provide resellers with accurate product information, signed catalogs, and brand-aligned resources to support their sales and marketing activities. Partner with resellers and their sales teams on joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and online initiatives to maximize visibility and sales. Monitor reseller performance, track sales trends, and identify areas for improvement while proactively addressing any challenges. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales, product development, and operations to ensure reseller feedback and market needs are addressed. Ensure compliance with reseller agreements, pricing policies, and other contractual obligations. Contribute to sales forecasting and planning, aligning reseller demand with production and inventory availability. Represent GA International at trade shows, industry events, and reseller meetings when required.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, channel sales, or distributor management. Knowledge of the laboratory, life sciences, medical devices, or related regulated industries is strongly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights. Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trainings, or trade shows.
