Euro Tile & Stone est a la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire de comptes pour la communaute Architecture & Design (A&D). Vous aurez l'opportunite de developper, gerer et faire croitre la presence de l'entreprise sur le marche A&D a Montreal, menant a la specification des produits Euro Tile & Stone. Vous collaborerez egalement avec des constructeurs, promoteurs, entrepreneurs et autres intervenants. Joignez-vous a notre equipe en pleine croissance, alors que nous poursuivons notre expansion dans notre magnifique nouveau site de Montreal.

Responsabilites principales

Developper, gerer et accroitre la notoriete de la marque et des produits Euro Tile & Stone aupres des segments de design contractuel et d'architecture Gerer les relations avec les autres parties prenantes des projets : entrepreneurs, fabricants, proprietaires / gestionnaires immobiliers / utilisateurs finaux, promoteurs, fournisseurs de services, etc. Elaborer des strategies de marche a court et a long terme, incluant l'identification de prospects et de projets a venir Obtenir des specifications, faire le suivi des projets, obtenir des bons de commande Organiser, preparer et presenter des presentations de marque et de produits, ainsi que des formations CEU lors de dejeuners, diners-conferences, 5 a 7, etc. Participer a des evenements de l'industrie et en organiser Comprendre en profondeur nos vastes gammes de produits, leurs collections et attributs techniques, tout en se tenant a jour sur les tendances du design Collaborer avec les ressources internes (bibliotheque, gestionnaires de produits et de chaine d'approvisionnement) pour repondre aux besoins des clients Travailler en equipe avec les autres gestionnaires de comptes et les unites d'affaires (marchandisage, produits, marketing, logistique, etc.) Maintenir a jour les informations sur les relations, les placements de produits et les projets dans notre base de donnees de gestion de projets Assurer une gestion et une communication efficaces pour garantir la mise en oeuvre reussie des programmes (documents de vente, donnees techniques, echantillons, maquettes, propositions) Administration des ventes : CRM, cycles d'appels, mise a jour des marchandises des clients

Position Details

Euro Tile & Stone is looking for an Account Manager for the Architecture & Design community. You will have the opportunity to develop, grow and manage the company's presence in the A&D market in the Montreal, leading to specification of Euro Tile & Stone's products. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work with builders, developers, contractors and more. Be a part of our growing team, as we continue to grow in our beautiful new Montreal location.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for developing, growing and managing Euro Tile & Stone's brand and product awareness, as well as drive sales to the contract design & architecture segments Manage relationships with other project stakeholders including contractors, fabricators, owners/property managers/end users, developers, service providers, etc. Create short and long-term market strategy including identifying prospects and upcoming projects Win specifications, follow up on projects, obtain PO's Organize, prepare and deliver brand and product presentations, and CEU's via breakfasts, lunch and learns, 5-a-7's. Attend, participate in and host industry associated events Have a great understanding of our vast product types, collections and their technical attributes including continually and proactively familiarizing yourself with new products, finding creative ways to use our collections and staying up to date with design trends; this is in addition to the training we provide Work with internal resources including our library, product and supply chain managers to source product to meet client needs Teamwork. That means collaborating with other Account Managers and working harmoniously with other business units including merchandising, product, marketing, logistics, etc. Maintain accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within project management database Timely management and communication across all parties to ensure successful implementation of programs including updating sales collateral, product technical data and information, samples, mock ups and proposals. Sales administration including CRM, call cycles, updating client's merchandise

What You Bring to the Role

An understanding that the client is central to everything we do Existing relationships and experience selling to the A&D community Demonstrated success in establishing, growing and maintaining a sales territory with a service-oriented value proposition Exposure working with a mid to high end product offering Ability to communicate proactively and clearly in person, over the phone and by email Mature, positive, friendly, courteous attitude Balance all types of communication and responsibilities Proactive problem solver. That also means identifying potential problems and taking care of them before they might escalate Able to use technology (ERP, Microsoft Office, iPad). We'll train you on our systems in your first week.
