  • G\xc3\xa9rer les comptes clients strat\xc3\xa9giques principalement en afrique, Am\xc3\xa9rique, europe afin d\'assurer la satisfaction du client
  • Liaison principale entre les clients et P&WC, dans le cadre du soutien aux activit\xc3\xa9s de maintenance des clients.
  • Pour chaque compte client, mise en place des niveau de service et gestion des fournisseurs (les installations de r\xc3\xa9paration) pour rencontrer les attentes du client
  • Gestion pro-active des comptes client ex\xc3\xa9cutif
  • Responsable de maintenir et diriger des plans d\'action pour les comptes clients afin d\'atteindre les objectifs strat\xc3\xa9giques
  • Responsable de la gestion des performances financi\xc3\xa8res des contrats, incluant l\'expansion des marges financi\xc3\xa8res et le flux de tr\xc3\xa9sorerie
\xc3\x80 quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les programmes de gestion de flotte P&WC \xe2\x84\xa2 assign\xc3\xa9s et aligner les attentes des clients sur les engagements contractuels incluant le co\xc3\xbbt de maintenance moteur guarantie.
  • Responsable de l\'optimisation, de l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration et la profitabilit\xc3\xa9 des Plans de maintenance.
  • Surveiller et g\xc3\xa9rer activement les indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de performance des contrats et les tableaux de bord des clients.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et diriger avec le client les pr\xc3\xa9visions d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements moteurs et coordonner le plan de retrait des moteur au besoin.
  • \xc3\x89tablir les niveaux de service pour chaque client et assurer que les niveaux sont atteints.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les contrats \xe2\x80\x98pay-per-hour\xe2\x80\x99. Atteindre les objectifs de profitabilit\xc3\xa9s pour chaque contrat en optimisant les plans de maintenance ainsi que les couts des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements moteurs.
  • Assurer le suivi et la r\xc3\xa9solution des plans d\xe2\x80\x99action personnalis\xc3\xa9s.
  • Atteindre et maintenir un r\xc3\xa9sultat au ARM de 6.0 (ou plus).
  • Coordonner les revues techniques, les comit\xc3\xa9s ex\xc3\xa9cutifs, etc.
  • Supporter les groupes de soutien techniques (FSRs, Centre Priorit\xc3\xa9 Clients, Ventes, etc.).
  • Supporter les Entr\xc3\xa9es en service de nouveaux mod\xc3\xa8les et le Support initial aux Clients (ICS) des nouveaux clients.
  • Assister les \xc3\xa9quipes lors de soumissions et amendement des contrats.
  • Travailler avec les clients pour optimiser leur plan de retrait des moteurs avec les installations de r\xc3\xa9paration assign\xc3\xa9es et coordonner la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 des moteurs de location.
  • D\xc3\xa9finir des strat\xc3\xa9gies pour am\xc3\xa9liorer le service au client et fournir un service de classe mondiale.

Function Description
  • Manage strategic airline customer accounts primarily in Africa, the Americas and Europe driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
  • Primary liaison between Regional Airline operators and P&WC in support of customers\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance activities.
  • For each assigned customer establish service levels and manage suppliers (i.e repair facilities) to customer expectations and contract commitments.
  • Pro-actively manage executive level customer accounts.
  • Own and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Accountable for managing contract financial performance.
What your day to day will look like:
  • Manage the assigned P&WC Fleet Management Programs\xe2\x84\xa2 and/or Maintenance Cost Guarantee agreements to ensure alignment with customer expectations and contract commitments.
  • Responsible and accountable for achieving engine maintenance plan optimization, enhancements, and contract objectives.
  • Actively monitor and manage key contract performance indicators and customer dashboards.
  • Develop and execute to mutually agreed engine event forecasts and coordinate engine removal plan.
  • Work with customers to optimize their engine removal plan with the assigned repair facilities and coordinate lease engine availability.
  • Establish service levels for each assigned customer and manage customers to the established service levels.
  • Enhance customer mood sentiment and satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  • Provide continuous and timely customer feedback.
  • Define strategies to drive service improvements and provide best-in-class support.
  • Own and drive resolution to integrated Rolling Action Items List (RAIL) and briefing papers for assigned customers.
  • Support cross functional teams which manage day-to-day customer events (e.g., Field Support Representatives, CFirst, Repair facility event managers, etc.).
  • Support Entry-into-Service (EIS) for new engine models, as applicable.
  • Support new contract proposals and drive contract renewals.
  • Solid understanding of customer operating environment and implications to maintenance costs, and time on wing.
  • Coordinate customer repair activities and proficiency development with P&WC Overhaul Shop Support teams.
What you need to be successful:
  • Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Master degree with 4 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Experience in Aerospace, specifically at the MRO shop level.
  • Demonstrated Leadership in customer account management
  • Capable to communicate at executive level
  • Proficient project management skill set
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
