What you will be doing

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S :

  • Maintien d\xe2\x80\x99une affectation de gestionnaire de cas de territoire;
  • Maintien continu des projets d\xc3\xa9sign\xc3\xa9s;
  • Surveillance;
  • Respect des protocoles;
  • Documentation des dossiers de cas (\xc3\xa9lectroniques et papier);
  • Utilisation de la base de donn\xc3\xa9es et exactitude des informations recueillies;
  • Appels t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques pour l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude du contenu et \xc3\xa9tiquette t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonique;
  • Participation \xc3\xa0 des consultations aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients et \xc3\xa0 des s\xc3\xa9ances de travail en collaboration avec le gestionnaire ou en l\xe2\x80\x99absence du gestionnaire;
  • Identification des besoins de formation bas\xc3\xa9s sur le suivi et la formation de recyclage selon les besoins et si jug\xc3\xa9 n\xc3\xa9cessaire, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire;
  • Avec le gestionnaire, participer au processus d\xe2\x80\x99embauche et de formation du nouveau personnel;
  • Identification des besoins en mati\xc3\xa8re de modification de la base de donn\xc3\xa9es du programme, des protocoles et des processus en cours;
  • Communications quotidiennes et continues sur les projets li\xc3\xa9s aux clients;
  • Soutien et remplacement du gestionnaire; et
  • Rapports sur les clients;
  • D\xe2\x80\x99autres fonctions et t\xc3\xa2ches peuvent \xc3\xaatre confi\xc3\xa9es au gestionnaire adjoint de programme de temps \xc3\xa0 autre, selon les besoins.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintenance of a territory caseworker assignment;
  • Ongoing maintenance of the assigned projects;
  • Protocol adherence;
  • Documentation in case files (electronic and hard files);
  • Database use and accuracy of information collected;
  • Ongoing evaluation of internal reimbursement processes including complex cases and appeals:
  • Implementation of processes and protocols with the Program Manager;
  • Implementation and monitoring of departmental KPIs as directed by the Program Manager;
  • Coordinate reimbursement cases with insurance companies, physician offices, patients, and healthcare professionals in order to maximize reimbursement solutions;
  • Coordinate documents, submissions, and all related paperwork to insurance companies and/or public/federal funding programs;
  • Participation in client consultations and working sessions in collaboration with the manager or in the manager\xe2\x80\x99s absence;
  • Identification of training needs based on monitoring and lead refresher training as required and determined necessary in collaboration with the manager;
  • With the manager, participate in the hiring and training process of new staff;
  • Identification of needs for modification of program database, protocols and current processes;
  • Daily and on-going client project communications;
  • Assistance and back up to the manager and Reimbursement Specialist;
  • Client reporting;
  • Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments;
  • The Associate Program Manager will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

EXP\xc3\x89RIENCE ET NIVEAU D\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\x89DUCATION REQUIS :
  • \xc3\x89tudes postsecondaires ou l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quivalent dans une discipline connexe;
  • Minimum de 3 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie des soins de sant\xc3\xa9, l\xe2\x80\x99industrie pharmaceutique ou l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de la biotechnologie (ou similaire);
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99IA ou IAA constitue un atout; Bilinguisme (anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais) constitue un atout;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projets constitue un atout.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar);
  • RN/RPN license an asset;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset;
  • Project management experience is an asset.
