Poste: aEUR la lumiare de la croissance prevue de laEUR(TM)entreprise Groupe Restaurants Lynk Inc., nous sommes a la recherche daEUR(TM)un gerant principal de restaurant (GPR). Le GPR est responsable de la gestion de laEUR(TM)ensemble des activites et operations quotidiennes liees a laEUR(TM)exploitation daEUR(TM)un (1) restaurant donne (20 a 35 employes). Il doit assurer la satisfaction des clients et participer activement a laEUR(TM)atteinte des objectifs cibles du restaurant (par ex. accroissement des ventes, de la rentabilite, du taux de retention du personnel).Fonctions:
  • Le GPR dirige laEUR(TM)equipe de gestion et surveille les contrales financiers, laEUR(TM)exploitation, le perfectionnement des employes, le service a la clientale et la conformite aux normes de Burger King Canada au sein du restaurant tout au long des quarts de travail.
  • Veiller a ce que l'entretien preventif des installations et de l'equipement du restaurant soit effectue conformement aux normes de la compagnie.
  • Motiver et diriger les equipiers afin qu'ils surpassent les attentes des clients en leur offrant un service rapide et amical dans un environnement oa ragne la proprete.
  • Donner du coaching et de la retroaction aux equipiers, aux coordonnateurs des quarts de travail et aux gerants adjoints.
  • Assumer l'entiare responsabilite de la gestion des profits et pertes du restaurant en mettant en A"uvre des strategies marketing et en se conformant aux procedures de contrale de caisse/de securite.
  • Maintenir les stocks, gerer la main-d'A"uvre et tenir compte de l'analyse des rapports financiers pour accroatre les resultats du restaurant.
  • Se conformer a la reglementation gouvernementale, aux politiques de Burger King Canada en matiare de marche, de droit du travail, d'exploitation, de salubrite alimentaire et de securite, de mame qu'aux politiques et procedures de Burger King Canada relatives a toutes les activites en restaurant durant les quarts de travail.
  • Diriger l'equipe de gestion en restaurant concernant le recrutement, la selection, l'embauche et le maintien en poste des employes talentueux.
Competences, qualites et aptitudes recherchees :
  • Detenir un diplame d'etudes collegiales (CEGEP) ou autre diplame daEUR(TM)etudes post-secondaires.
  • Posseder au moins deux (2) annees d'experience dans la gestion d'un restaurant.
  • Reussir tous les programmes d'accreditation internes.
  • Connaissances mathematiques avancees et maatrise des outils informatiques (tout particuliarement Microsoft Excel) afin de gerer de maniare optimale le budget du restaurant.
  • Maatriser pleinement l'interpretation et la gestion des profits et pertes en vue d'influencer la rentabilite.
  • aStre en mesure d'etablir les priorites et d'organiser son travail et son emploi du temps ainsi que celui des autres afin de respecter les echeances et d'atteindre les objectifs.
  • Bonne capacite daEUR(TM)ecoute et de communication. Pouvoir saEUR(TM)exprimer, lire et comprendre des instructions efficacement, pouvoir converser aisement avec la clientale.
  • Habilete a interagir avec le public ainsi que ses collagues de maniare amicale, enthousiaste, respectueuse et professionnelle.
  • Demontrer un fort leadership.
Environnement de travail:
  • Environnement de travail principalement interieur avec taches exterieures occasionnelles.
  • Les activites quotidiennes impliquent des mouvements du corps frequents (par. ex. essuyer, balayer, eponger, laver, emballer, presser, se pencher, saEUR(TM)accroupir, tendre les bras vers compartiments de rangement superieurs et inferieurs, soulever, deplacer, transporter et empiler des boates, monter sur tabouret ou echelle).
  • Le poste de GPR implique de longues heures de travail en position debout, sans frequente periode de repos (selon duree du quart de travail).
  • aStre dispose a travailler le soir, les fins de semaine et durant les conges feries.
  • aStre ponctuel et present lors des quarts de travail assignes, des reunions et des seances de formation.
  • Exposition frequente a des temperatures variables (refrigerateur, congelateur, zone de cuisson du restaurant).

Due to planned restaurant growth, Lynk Restaurant Group Inc. is recruiting a Restaurant General Manager (RGM). The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (20-35 employees) ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability and employee retention).Essential Functions:
  • The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees the financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and Burger King Canada compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
  • Ensures preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with company standards
  • Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members, Shift Coordinators/Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Assumes full responsibility for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies and follows cash control/security procedures
  • Maintains inventory, manages labor and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results
  • Enforces compliance with government regulations, Burger King policies, employment laws, food safety, security policy, operations, and company policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts
  • Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining effective team talent
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • CEGEP or post-secondary educational equivalent
  • 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
  • Bilingual French and English language skills.
  • Strong math and Microsoft Excel literacy to manage the restaurant budget and set guidelines for operating within that budget
  • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
  • Strong leadership and development skills to contribute to achievement of team goals and promote teamwork
  • Strong problem solving skills to resolve consumer and restaurant issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Demonstrates the ability to apply knowledge and skills to a range of activities including complex tasks; may act as a technical resource to others
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and organizes own and othersaEUR(TM) work time to meet deadlines and objectives
Work Environment:
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Primarily indoor environment with occasional tasks outdoors
  • Involves standing and walking for long periods of time without frequent rest periods (duration of shift)
  • Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing
  • Routinely reach overhead, forward and underneath shelves, counters, tables, and kitchen equipment
  • Frequently squat or stoop to reach items on low shelves or off the floor
  • Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer and cooking sections of restaurant
  • Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves
  • Occasionally climb on stools or ladders and reach for items located on shelves
  • Occasional climbing required for roof inspections
