Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented geothermal Pipe fuser to join our manufacturing and construction teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems across various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, blueprint reading, and pipe fusion. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in pipfitting, schematics, and maintenance practices to ensure the safe and efficient operation of piping infrastructure.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install piping systems. Measure, cut, fuse, and install pipe using hand tools and power Conduct rigging operations to lift and position piping components safely. Troubleshoot and repair existing piping systems to prevent leaks or failures. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Use basic math skills for precise measurements and fitting of components. Maintain a clean work environment and document work progress as required.

Skills

Proficiency in geothermal pipe fusion techniques specific to piping applications. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with hand tools, power tools, fusion tools Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing or construction environments. Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting complex piping or mechanical systems. Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of pipefitting work.
